This Privacy Policy explains how Vyapar-Doot, a product of BharatAISeva, collects, uses, retains and protects your information.
1. Information we collect
- Account information (registered users): name, company, email, mobile number, product/service and country.
- Usage information: chats you create, messages you send, files you upload, and basic analytics such as page views and device category.
- Visitor information: a secure random visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie. We do not use your IP address as your primary identity, and we do not store precise geolocation.
2. How we use information
- To provide buyer discovery, outreach generation and database analysis.
- To research current, public business information relevant to your requests.
- To operate, secure and improve the service, and to produce aggregate analytics.
3. Public business information
To help you find buyers, Vyapar-Doot may process publicly available business information (such as company websites and trade directories). You are responsible for lawful, compliant outreach.
4. Your chats are private
Your conversations are not publicly exposed. Registered users’ chats are associated with their account; guest chats are linked only to the secure visitor identifier.
5. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, subject to configurable retention periods for guest chats, uploaded files and logs. You can delete chats, files or your account at any time.
6. Your rights & controls
- Export your personal data.
- Delete individual chats, uploaded files, or your whole account.
- Manage consent and privacy settings.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including hashed passwords, prepared database statements, CSRF protection and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
